Nordic Stone Age Bread

INGREDIENTS

cup raw almonds

1 
cup raw pecans or 1 cup walnuts

1 
cup flax seed

1 
cup pumpkin seeds

1 
cup sunflower seeds

1 
cup sesame seeds

1⁄3
cup olive oil

1 1⁄2
teaspoons salt

5 
eggs

 

METHOD

  1. Soak nuts in filtered water for at least 4 hours.
  2. Once soaked, rinse nuts and add seeds.
  3. Add salt, olive oil and eggs.
  4. Stir well to combine.
  5. Spoon into a parchment lined bread tin; pressing down and flattening the top.
  6. Fan bake at 170 for 45 minutes.
